Chris is a Digital Marketing / Digital Analytics professional with 7 years of experience in driving and measuring digital results. He leads the Website Personalization program at the Bank of Montreal. Chris has a comprehensive background in computer science, an in-depth working-knowledge of user experience, and expertise in web analytics.Chris started his career at the intersection of Web Analytics and User Experience in his graduate studies, where he created a Web Analytics tool for understanding and visualizing website-behaviour. From there, Chris grew his professional career in User Experience Research & Design, moved into Digital Analytics, and is now responsible for Website Personalization.
