Jeremy King is a Senior Product Manager for Analytics within the Adobe® Marketing Cloud. He is focused on delivering customer centric features and capabilities that help organizations understand how their customers interact across business channels — including digital touch points, engagement with the call center, and offline transactions. Prior to this position, he led the Customer Analytics and Attribution practices for Adobe Consulting. As a consultant and team lead over Customer Analytics, he consulted for some of the world’s largest companies and brands to drive greater customer engagement and digital marketing ROI. He has extensive experience in the areas of web analytics, customer analytics, attribution modeling, and data integrations.
