Jeremy oversees GSK's global marketing services. He is accountable for global delivery, operations and systems that support GSK's multi-channel marketing solutions for its pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare businesses. For the past two years, he has had direct accountability for leading the execution of a global digital transformation program that has delivered an integrated multi-channel marketing solution in the top 24 GSK markets. The solution has integrated the Adobe Marketing Cloud with GSK’s Veeva CRM systems enabling customer 360 and multi-channel execution. He is additionally accountable for the recent establishment of GSK's first captive digital competency center that specializes in marketing operations using the Adobe Marketing Cloud.
