As a guest speaker at multiple events, Christophe has given talks on delivering, implementing and operationalizing CRM solutions. In addition to his multi-industry expertise in both small and major companies, he has successfully managed millions of customers, with hundreds of millions of emails reaching their inboxes each year. In 2014, Christophe Robert joined Transat, the travel industry leader in Canada and top North American leisure airline, where he manages the customer relationship program with a team of data miners and marketing specialists. Christophe studied in France, Germany and Ireland before graduating with a Master’s in International Business Management from the European Business School (Paris) in 1998.
