I have been at Lenovo for 5+ years and am currently the Global DMP lead. I am driving the overall strategy for how we target our audiences for conversion and loyalty. My team is a part of the cognitive analytics function in eComm. Our focus is to identify high value audiences and provide real-time prescriptive feedback to the business for our audiences across Lenovo. We achieve this by utilizing our team of data scientist who build out our algorithmic practice.
